Part 5 on How to Keep From Being Negative about Your Diabetes

Your #4 way to stay positive about your diabetes reversal is to learn how to decipher if a method is going to help you reverse your Type 2 diabetes.

When you are doing your research, keep a notebook. This notebook is like gold to you. Always keep it in a private place next to your overnight bag just in case you find you have to go to the hospital. Don’t ever expect the health practitioners at the hospital to keep you motivated or motivate you at all to recover from Type 2 diabetes.

They won’t make a dime if you never return to the hospital.

That notebook of your findings is your most prized possession when you are in the hospital because it represents hope. It represents the reality of your diabetes reversal dream coming true. It represents your future.

Keep it in a place in the hospital with your personal belongings where it cannot be swept away, thrown away or tossed away. Make sure your name is on it in big letters on the front. You may even want to write on it something like this:

PROPERTY OF _____name___________

IF YOU FIND THIS BOOK, PLEASE RETURN TO ____________.

Take no chances that your symbol of hope with real answers inside is taken from you.

While you are taking notes on the different methods to reverse Type 2 diabetes, it’s important to leave room to contact the main person who is supplying the new info on the method or technology or natural remedy.

Now you’re going to be bold. You’re going to contact that person. Usually you can do this in a non-intrusive way by emailing the person.

Ask him or her a few questions:

1.     Have you seen this method work for diabetics?

2.     How many Type 2 diabetics did it work for?

3.     Were there any it didn’t work for? Why?

4.     How long does it take to work?

5.     What other methods of reversing Type 2 diabetes were used simultaneously?

Remember one thing by itself probably isn’t going to be enough to reverse your Type 2 diabetes. Even if you get stem cell therapy, your new pancreas should be protected from developing diabetes again, which means you can’t do the same things that you did before. You can’t live the same lifestyle that created diabetes in the first place.

Thus, #4 way to stay positive about your diabetes reversal is to keep a notebook with your research findings.

And the #5 way to stay positive is to call the people directly and get the facts. Get the deep insight.

Now that’s not that difficult, right?
