More On Diabetics Setting Goals, Part 2

After setting your goals for the year, you must prioritize them. For example, a diabetic might have these goals:

• lower Hemoglobin A1c from 9 to 6
• lower blood sugar from 220 to 170mg/dL
• lower blood pressure to normal
• lose 40 pounds
• reverse peripheral neuropathy
• reverse cataracts
• boost immune function
• eliminate present infections

Now let’s prioritize them. By reading over the goals, we’re looking for one or two of them that, when accomplished, will release a cascade of benefits that could potentially incorporate the other goals automatically. Does this make sense to you?

It may make perfect sense but you may lack the knowledge about health to determine the answer for your own list of goals. That’s when you may need the help of a savvy health practitioner who deals with reversing illness all day long.

If your list is similar to the one listed above, you may have discovered that there really are not 8 different goals to accomplish. There are only two.

Think about it and I’ll give you the answer tomorrow!
